The rules of
the platform.

By accessing or using Melonome ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Melonome. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and contributors.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Melonome. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@melonome.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You retain ownership of the reviews, ratings, and other content you submit to Melonome. By submitting content, you grant Melonome a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and warrant that it does not violate any third party rights.

You agree not to:

• use the platform for spam, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other users;
• impersonate any person or entity;
• scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission;
• use the platform to train AI or machine learning models;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform;
• post content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

Melonome and its original content, design, features, and branding are the exclusive property of Melonome and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at support@melonome.com.

Melonome is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Melonome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Users located in other jurisdictions may also have rights under their local laws, which these terms do not override. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform. Continued use of Melonome after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
